The Chattanooga Amateur Radio Club serves a multi-county, multi-state area in and around Chattanooga, Tennessee.  We support all modes of operation and encourage participation and membership in our club, the ARRL, and other organizations that support Amateur Radio.

We sponsor training classes for those that wish to obtain their Amateur Radio license (or upgrades) and also provide various workshops to provide a needs-focused environment to learn more in specific technical or operating skills as needed to fully enjoy our hobby.  We also offer scheduled and on-demand FCC test sessions to better meet the needs and schedules of those wishing to take the test.

We support Amateur Radio service to government and served-agencies in times of need such as disasters, public events, and training opportunities via on-air nets, classes, and workshops.

We encourage and expect our membership to be respectful, helpful, and courteous to all in their conduit on-the-air as well as during club events and other Amateur Radio functions.  We support the DX Code of Conduct in radio operation and interaction with other Amateurs.
