Based in California’s Central Valley, CARP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of licensed amateur radio operators committed to advancing RF communications and providing reliable communications for public service events. The club maintains and operates a network of VHF/UHF repeaters, facilitates regular voice nets, and actively supports local rides, runs, and community safety operations.
