The purpose of MCARC is to promote the knowledge, enjoyment, and benefits of amateur radio by conducting programs and activities beneficial to the Club's membership and the community.  MCARC is an affiliated club with the American Radio Relay League ("ARRL").  You do not have to be an ARRL member to join the Club.  MCARC also provides the KE8RV Memorial Repeater (147.285 MHz) as an open repeater.  The repeater is located in London, Ohio with three additional remote receive sites throughout Madison County, Ohio.  You can also access our repeater via Echolink® at KE8RV-R (node 989602).
