A regional club with membership from Lamar, Delta, Fanin, Red River counties in Texas and southeastern Oklahoma. A VHF repeater, 146.76 PL 203.5 and UHF 444.500 PL 114.85 are open to all licensed operators.
The club hosts quarterly ARRL VE test session on the first Saturday of March, June, September and December. Groups may request a VE team for a special session.
The club is the main source for volunteers supporting community events such as the "Tour de Paris" attracting over 1,000 riders, an annual "Turkey Trot" on Thanksgiving and trained SKYWARN storm spotters assisting National Weather Service (NWS) Fort Worth in providing timely warnings to local citizens.
