Located on the campus of the University of Arizona in beautiful Southern Arizona, the University of Arizona Amateur Radio Club has been active since the mid-1960's when it was originally licensed as WA7IYG, a callsign which was changed to K7UAZ in November of 1999. The contesters of the group make good use of the club's complete HF station during major competitions as well as for casual DX chasing.
