    Great contest! I wish that the east coast could hear my signal better, as many low power stations were heard here in AZ. I was fun working JA's off the backside of my verticle. I hope that the Caribbean will be more active in '02. 73's -- KJ7WY

    WITH MY MARK V OUT FOR R&R (REPAIR & RETURN) I WASN'T EXPECTING MY STANDBY FT847 COMBINED WITH AN INVERTED-L STRUNG THROUGH THE TREES TO BE MUCH OF A COMBINATION. I DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO OPERATE MUCH ON FRIDAY EVENING BUT PUT A FEW MORE HOURS IN ON SATURDAY. OVERALL I GOT MORE CONTACTS THAN ANTICIPATED. -- WA2MNO
