radio help

Hi i have a Kenwood ts-450s I can't get any sound out of it even the voice button does nothing It use to work it's not a lose wire or the speaker I've tried everything i could think of it seems OK but no sound at all. Does anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this I hope? |
