Does anyone have a 1939 era foreign call book and is able to verify that the call XU8SD (Joseph Sheldon Dyson) is a valid call? Has the XU prefix ever been related to China? If it has, when did that change take place. He was a member of the Shanghai ARC in 1939 and was born in China. We are trying to find a connection with Cambodia if one exists. Thanks for any info.
