Hello All,

I'm a TravelPlus for Repeaters user (and very happy with it). There is one thing I'd like to be able to do, but have not figured out how. I would like to have multiple unconnected routes. For example, I live in the Chicago area, and would like to have a route with the repeaters I use here - and I'm flying to South Carolina today, and I'd also like to have a route of repeaters there on the same file / same HT. Is it possible?

It is very easy to do multiple but not connected routes or separate point locations in TravelPlus. In TravelPlus we call these Independent map locations or route segments

Once you have created any route which has at least one point, all you need to do is move the cursor to the location you want to place the independent location or route segment, hold down the Shift key and left click. This will place a route circle at this point with the radius you have selected. You may do this Shift / Click to create as many independent points or route segments as you wish. At any new point, you may make it into a route by doing a normal left click from the new point. You can then Shift / Click to create another independent point which can stand alone or become a route segment.

After you have created your independent points or segment (or at any time really) you can modify the Range of any point or route segment by right clicking on the point or segment and adjusting the range.

There is a Help file topic which provides additional information and some map examples. It is in the Working with Maps section and is titled Define Independent Map Locations/Route Segments.
