W6MUR Article on the Z Match?

I am considering building a Z match; the version described in the 2014 _Handbook_ in section 24.1 looks neat!

However, some backround appears to be missing. From the article:

The Z-Match circuit was originally described in "Multiband Tuning Circuits" by R.W. Johnson, W6MUR, in July 1954 QST and the article is included in this book's supplemental material.

Try as I might, I cannot locate this article on the CD. It's not in the folder of supplementary materials for Chapter 24, and searching the entire CD for "W6MUR" or "Johnson" turn up nothing, and searching for "multiband" only returns an unrelated article by Kent Britain.

Have I missed the article somehow? Or was it inadvertantly omitted from the CD?
