Missing LoTW confirmations

I note that several stations (like PJ7AA and 9Q0HQ) have uploaded their logs to LoTW, but my multiple QSOs (6 with PJ7AA, 4 with 9Q0HQ) are not confirmed. I'm curious what would keep my QSOs from matching with certain stations? Clublog shows all my QSOs with PJ7AA...

9Q0HQ has an online QSL service that requires you to enter in the contact times.
They have an expedited services for LoTW QSLs, as well as paper cards, that allows them to do things like purchase an ambulance for a hospital.

The times need to match within 15 minutes for a LoTW match--the most common error is to get the date wrong. There can also be issues with matching the mode.

There can also be issues with multiple logs--the digital log is often separate from the Phone/CW log.

Thanks, but I didn't get the dates or the times wrong. All six of my K1N, PJ7/WJ2O, five Z81X and many other multiple contacts all showed up perfectly. I use DXBase, and automatically log the contact as soon as I make it, double-checking to insure it's right. I verified my six PJ7AA contacts with Clublog; they were all right date, right time, in various modes, but none confirmed in LoTW. While 9Q0HQ is not in Clublog, I've seen that they've been confirmed by others in LoTW, yet none of my four QSOs, in various modes, were confirmed. I sense there's another issue here, I just don't know what it is. I will bet you that I can confirm them through the other services, and all my various QSOs will be correct date, and within a couple minutes in time.

Did you use the online QSL service for 9Q0HQ?

I didn't receive any LoTW QSLs until after I used it.
Others did get their QSLs before I did--I assume they
either made a contribution or used the OQRS service.

I did not use their online QSL service. Didn't realize an additional step was required for their LoTW confirmation. Perhaps PJ7AA has the same process?

I get it for 9Q0HQ now. Apparently, they're posting the whole log after 6 months. Prior to that, you can pay for expedited LoTW posting. When I checked and saw that PJ7AA had uploaded data as of 4/02/15, I assumed that was log from his 2015 op. Perhaps that was a bad assumption, but his prior upload was 3/16/14 or so, which I assumed was the entire log from 2014. New to LoTW, so I'm still figuring out how it works.

One of my 16 K1N QSOs for some reason didn't show up after uploading from my logging program. That QSO was on Club Log. Long story short, the QSL manager confirmed that the QSO was in the log - I created a single log file just for that QSO and uploaded it and the confirmation was almost immediately recognized. Have no idea why my Mac logging program Aether wouldn't upload that single QSO. So if you're having problems getting a confirmation you may want to upload it again from a new, single QSO file. Well, my 2015 PJ7AA QSLs just showed up, too. Cool. I do have a confirmation (card) for KP5 operation that had the other QSOS confirmed on LOTW, but not that one. Wonder if I should resubmit that one?

I'd bring up the LoTW QSO record and verify that it precisely matches the info on the QSL card. If it it does match, you have the option of submitting the card or getting the DX station to verify his info.

Thanks. Want to confirm it one way or another. It's a new phone contact for me.
