TravelPlus run error

I get the following error when I try to run TravelPlus v19.0: "Required TravelPlus data files were not found". I'm running windows 10, but it does the same thing if I try to run it in windows 7 compatibility mode. Any suggestions? |

This sounds like a User Account Control issue--the UAC blocks suspicious files, just like an Anti-Virus program--but, unlike A/V programs, it doesn't give you any warning or notification that it has done that--you only notice when you need the file. I'd suggest removing the program, pulling the UAC slider all the way down, rebooting the program, and re-installing the program.
