Missing QST Binary files?

A member asks: I looked around for an hour trying to find a binary file for the October 2005 QST article written by Steber—where is it? Sorry about the inconvenience—when we went to the new web site last year it wasn’t possible to preserve the old links. HQ staff was tasked with downloading the files on the old site and uploading them into the new content management system.
