MFJ-347 dipole mount: how to model on EZNEC?

Looking to model a vertical dipole for 136-174 MHz and 400-490 MHz.

Plan to use telescoping whips:

Also plan to use an MFJ-347 dipole mount:

Questions: How to model the MFJ-347 dipole mount on EZNEC 6.0.8? Any other advice for a modeling newbie? Many thanks.
