Aviation Headset for Kenwood's TS -440S

I have an older Roanwell aviation headset, that I have made an interface to use on my Kenwood TS -440SAT. The earpiece works fine but the microphone doesn't seem to work correctly. The original microphone is a dymamic microphone 600 ohms and the headset microphone is a dynamic as well but only 5 ohms, is there a way of making this microphone where it can be used to work with this radio? |
