Digital station QRM on 7.030 mhz

If any one knows who the digital station is that is parked on 7.030 mhz, please get him to move to the digital section of the band. He is causing considerable QRM to many cw ops that utilize that frequency. I think he is on the west coast. I hear him day and night. |
