Reflector Keepalive Disconnect

Using a DVAP Dongle I am unable to maintain a link with REF001 or REF030. After 10 seconds I am automatically unlinked and receive a gateway keepalive failure message. Other reflectors do not do this. I was able to maintain a link with these two reflectors when I first began using the DVAP. Has anyone else experienced this? If, what was the solution? Thanks.
