I have a RigBlaster Advantage and a Dell Laptop that I use with my Icom 737a. I am in the second floor of an apartment. When I connect the USB cable, or the Laptop AC Adapter, or both, I lose 95% of reception on the rig. Any thoughts?

Yes, it it quite common for AC adapters to use efficient switching power supplies that are quite noisy--I've heard complaints about cheap ones that don't even meet the various regulatory standards for radiated and conducted emissions--and these don't come anywhere near what you need to protection.

You may want to try additional filtering--perhaps common mode chokes--winding 10 or 15 turns of the cables through large type 43 or 31 ferrite material.
