can a tech operate a genaral station with a general there and if so what call sign is uaed ? |

Yes, you may operate so long as the General class op is present and performing the duties of the control operator. As for the callsign, it's just as easy to identify with the control operator's call as in the General segments you're an unlicensed third party operator and international third party rules apply. 73, de Nate >> N0NB.us |
