Apparent illegal operator?

Today I made a DX contact with TM0L (France) (IOTA FU-070) on 15 meters. On QRZ.com, TM0L references F5OIU as a silent key. I did get a signal report and gave him a SR and # as well. What gives with the SK? Art N0IWQ thel7340@aol.com |
