| Hi all, Just earned my Technician license last month and am listening to local nets each week. I want to check in as a visitor as I get used to communicating on the air, and when they ask for visitors to check in alphabetically (e.g., alpha to hotel), I can't tell yet if it's alphabetical by call sign, alphabetical by first name, etc. I don't want to jump in when I'm not supposed to.
