Reports and Orders Changing Part 97 Since 1989

 

This is a list of important rulemaking matters resulting in changes to Part 97. Amateurs can also find current and past FCC rulemaking matters as well as comments and other filings in FCC matters through the Electronic Comment Filing System. Since the ECFS is relatively recent, not all of these can be found on-line.

Where no effective date is shown, order was effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register. "§" Indicates an FCC rule section.
