City and or State Parks are not on the list. Any amateur radio operator may make contact with a portable station operating in a WCF Section County Park. While a number of countries organize Christmas activities, in Romania hams from every call sign district will be on the air the entire month of December. They will be using special event call signs approved by the Romanian telcomm authorities: YP2XMAS through YP9XMAS. Look for them on all bands, not only in SSB and CW but also FM (UHF/VHF) and even FT8. Those who make a QSO with at least three different YP-XMAS callsigns will get their own Christmas present -- upon submitting a log extract, they will receive a special event certificate sent to them electronically at no charge.
