ARLB086 W1AW Schedule change

Effective January 1, 1997, W1AW will discontinue its Tuesday and
Wednesday morning code practice and bulletin schedules.  Beginning
this date, the Tuesday and Wednesday schedule will begin at 2100z, 4
PM ET.  This change affects the Tuesday and Wednesday morning
schedules only and is being initiated as part of a reallocation of
resources for routine station maintenance.  See January 1997 QST,
page 104, for the W1AW Schedule.
