This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
AD8J, W2GD, The Daily DX, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, DXNL,
Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web
sites.  Thanks to all.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Karel, OK2WM and Vlad, OK2WX will be QRV as 8Q7WM and
8Q7WX, respectively, from February 13 to March 8.  They will be QRV
on 160, 80 and 40 meters using mainly CW.  QSL to home calls.

BAHRAIN, A9.  Members of the Bahrain Amateur Radio Society are QRV
as A91SD until February 12 to support Bahrain Sport Day.  QSL via
EC6DX.

CHINA, BY.  Members of Chinese Radio Amateurs Club station BY1CRA
are QRV with special event station BY1CRA/WO22 during the 2022
Winter Olympics and Paralympics.  QSL via operators' instructions.

CAPE VERDE, D4.  Rob, DM4AO will be QRV as D44AO from February 13 to
25.  Activity will be holiday style on 80 to 10 meters, and possibly
160 meters, using mostly CW.  This includes being an entry in the
upcoming ARRL International DX CW contest.  QSL to home call.

ANTARCTICA.  Sergiy, UT9UX is QRV as EM1U from Base Vernadsky on
Galindez Island in the Biscoe Islands, IOTA AN-006, until mid April.
Activity is on various HF bands.  QSL via UT7UA.

ECUADOR, HC.  John, N9EAJ is QRV as HC1FIT from a mountaintop
location near the city of Otavalo in the Imbabura Province of
Ecuador until February 24.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using SSB
with some slow CW.  QSL to home call.

HONDURAS, HR.  John, AD8J will be QRV as HR9/AD8J from Guanaja
Island, IOTA NA-057, from February 12 to 26.  Activity will be on 80
to 10 meters, including the newer bands, using CW, some SSB, and
FT8.  This includes being an entry in the upcoming ARRL
International DX CW contest.  QSL via LoTW.

SAUDI ARABIA, HZ.  Members of the Saudi Amateur Radio Society are
QRV as 7Z3FD, 8Z3FD, and HZ3FD to celebrate Saudi Founding Day.  QSL
via ClubLog.

ITALY, I.  Operators of the UN Global Service Center ARC are QRV
with special call sign 4U13FEB until the end of February to support
World Radio Day.  QSL via 9A2AA.

OGASAWARA, JD1.  Sam, JE1XUZ will be QRV as JE1XUZ/JD1 from
Chichijima, IOTA AS-031, from February 12 to 15.  Activity will be
in his spare time on the HF bands using CW, SSB, and FT8.  QSL via
LoTW.

ARUBA, P4.  John, W2GD will be QRV as P44W from February 14 to 21.
Activity will be as time permits on the HF bands, with an emphasis
on the newer bands.  This includes being a Single Op/All Band,
possibly Low Power entry in the upcoming ARRL International DX CW
contest.  QSL direct to N2MM.

SEYCHELLES, S7.  Amir, 4X6TT is QRV as S79/4X6TT from Mahe Island,
IOTA AF-024.  Activity is on the HF bands, with particular interest
given to 30, 17, and 12 meters.  His length of stay is unknown.  QSL
via N4GNR.

COTE D'IVOIRE, TU.  Petr, OK1BOA, Petr, OK1FCJ and David, OK6D are
QRV as TU5PCT until February 12.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters
using CW, SSB, RTTY, and FT8.  QSL direct to OK6DJ.

ST. KITTS AND NEVIS, V4.  Bill, W3UL is QRV as V47UM from Nevis,
IOTA NA-014.  Activity is on the HF bands.  He will be active part
time in the CQ World Wide RTTY WPX Contest.  This also includes
being active in the upcoming ARRL International DX CW contest.  QSL
to home call.

MARSHALL ISLANDS, V7.  JT, KD7ADI is QRV as V7/KD7ADI.  Activity of
late is in his spare time on 40 and 20 meters using FT8.  QSL via
LoTW.

KOSOVO, Z6.  Rene, DL2JRM is QRV as Z66BCC from Gjilan and will be
active in the CQ World Wide WPX RTTY contest.  QSL to home call.

SOUTH SUDAN, Z8.  Diya, YI1DZ is QRV as Z81D while on work
assignment with the UN-WFP.  Activity is in his spare time on 80 to
10 meters, including 60 meters, using SSB and FT8.  If time allows,
he may try to be active on 160 meters.   QSL via OM3JW.

ALBANIA, ZA.  Fred, OE8NDR is QRV as ZA/OE8NDR and has been active
on 20 meters using SSB around 0930 to 1000z.  His length of stay is
unknown.  QSL to home call.

Sprintathon, KCJ Topband Contest, Dutch PACC Contest, OMISS SSB QSO
Party, RSGB 1.8 MHz CW Contest and Balkan HF Contest will certainly
keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.

Speed Test, CQC Winter CW QSO Party, 4 States QRP Group Second
Sunday Sprint, OK1WC CW Memorial, Worldwide Sideband Activity
Contest, RTTYOPS Weeksprint, QRP 40-Meter CW Fox Hunt, Phone Fray,
A1Club AWT, CWops Test, VHF-UHF FT8 Activity Contest, Mini-Test
80/40, AGCW Semi-Automatic Key Evening and RSGB 80-Meter Club Data
Championship are all on tap from February 14 to 16.

The ARRL School Club Roundup runs from February 14 to 18.
