This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
I0YKN, MJ0ASP, NC1L, OH2BN, The Daily DX, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin,
DXNL, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and
WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

BARBADOS, 8P.  Yuri, VE3DZ is QRV as 8P9AA until February 23.
Activity is on all bands using CW, SSB and RTTY.  He will be active
as 8P3A in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL to home call.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Joerg, OE6VHF will be QRV as 8Q7JK from Thulhagiri
Island, IOTA AS-013, from February 23 to March 5.  Activity will be
on 40 to 10 meters.  QSL to home call.

MALTA, 9H.  DL4HG and DL5XAT are QRV as 9H3TX from Gozo, IOTA
EU-023, until February 24.  This includes an entry in the ARRL DX CW
contest.  QSL via DL5XAT.

BURUNDI, 9U.  Operators DL3KBQ, DL2RSI, DH2KI and DJ2VO will be QRV
as 9UXEV, 9U1RSI, 9U1KI and 9U1VO, respectively, from Bujumbura from
February 22 to March 6.  They will operate up to four stations on
all HF bands using CW, SSB and digital modes.  QSL direct to home
calls.

SINGAPORE, 9V.  Wolfgang, OE1WWL is QRV as 9V1OE/p from Sentosa
Island, IOTA AS-019, until February 23 using QRP power.  QSL to home
call.

BAHRAIN, A9.  Dave, EI3IO is QRV as A92IO from Sar until August
2011.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters.  QSL to home call.

MOROCCO, CN.  Mat, MJ0ASP is QRV as CN2MR until February 26.  He is
active on 40 to 10 meters, with a preference on the newer bands,
using only CW.  This includes an entry in the ARRL DX CW contest.

CUBA, CO.  Eduardo, CO8LY will be QRV as a Single Op/Single Band on
20 meter entry in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL to EA7ADH.  In
addition, Juan, CO8TW will be a Single Op/Single Band/Low Power
entry on 15 meters in the contest.  QSL via HB9SVT.

MADEIRA ISLANDS, CT3.  Operators DJ6QT, DK7YY, DK9VZ, DL2OBF,
DL5LYM, DL6WT and DL8WAA will be QRV as CR3L in the ARRL DX CW
contest.  QSL via DJ6QT.  They will probably be active as
CT9/homecalls before and after the contest.

AZORES, CU.  Look for CR2X to be a Multi/2 entry in the ARRL DX CW
contest.  QSL via OH2BH.

CAPE VERDE, D4.  Massimo, IZ4DPV will be QRV as D44AC from Sao
Vicente Island from February 21 to March 9.  This includes entries
in the upcoming CQ 160 Meter SSB and ARRL International SSB DX
contests signing D4C.  QSL D44AC direct and D4C via IZ4DPV.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Operators K4ZA, RD3AF, RZ3AZ and W2GD will be
QRV as EF8M from Santa Maria de Guia, IOTA AF-004, as a Multi-2
entry in the ARRL DX CW contest.  QSL via UA3DX.

HUNGARY, HA.  Special event station HA15COOP is QRV until the end of
2010.  QSL via bureau.

THAILAND, HS.  John, W2YR will be QRV as HS0ZDJ in the ARRL DX CW
contest.  QSL to home call.

ITALY, I.  Nuccio, I0YKN will be QRV as IA0ANT from February 22 to
28 for the Antarctic Activity Week.  QSL to home call.

FINLAND, OH.  Look for OH8X to be a Multi/2 entry in the ARRL DX CW
contest.  QSL via OH2UA.

CHRISTMAS ISLAND, VK9X.  Operators G3SWH and G3RTE will be QRV as
VK9X/G6AY from February 20 to 27.  Activity will be on 80 to 10
meters using CW with two stations active.  QSL via G3SWH.

CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF. Jeff, K0UU will be QRV as ZF2MN/ZF8 from Little
Cayman Island, IOTA NA-016, from February 21 to 28.  Activity will
be on 40 to 10 meters using only CW.  QSL direct to home call.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL International DX CW Contest,
NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Russian World Wide PSK Contest, Feld Hell
Sprint and the AWA Amplitude Modulation QSO Party will certainly
keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.  The Run for the Bacon
QRP CW Contest is scheduled for February 22.  The SKCC CW Sprint is
scheduled for February 24.  Please see February QST, page 90 and the
ARRL and WA7BNM contest web sites for details.
