This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, RA3MR, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, 425 DX News, The Daily
DX, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM
web sites.  Thanks to all.

SENEGAL, 6W.  Alessandro, IK4ALM will be QRV as 6W/homecall from
March 16 to 27 while on holiday.  Activity will be on 40 to 10
meters.  QSL to home call.

JAMAICA, 6Y.  Frank, K3TRM is QRV as K3TRM/6Y5 from Lucea, IOTA
NA-097, until March 23.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters, including
60 meters, using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home call.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Stig, LA7JO is QRV as 8Q7JO until March 24.  His
activity is limited.  QSL to home call.
     
KUWAIT, 9K.  Look for 9K2HN, 9K2RR and SP4R to be QRV as 9K2HN in
the Russian DX contest as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL to home call.

RWANDA, 9X.  A large group of operators will be QRV as 9X0R from
March 16 to 27.  They plan to have three stations operating
simultaneously on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via
EA5RM.

MOZAMBIQUE, C9.  Rodrigo, CT1BXT is QRV as C91R from Maputo until
August 1.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters, with an emphasis on the
lower bands.  QSL to home call.

JUAN FERNANDEZ ISLANDS, CE0.  Ulli, DL2AH will be QRV as CE0Z/DL2AH
from Robinson Crusoe Island, IOTA SA-005, from March 18 to April 7
while on holiday.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using mostly
SSB and RTTY.  QSL via bureau.

CAPE VERDE ISLANDS, D4.  Look for I4UFH, IZ4DPV and CT1DVV to be QRV
as D4C from March 20 to April 2.  This includes an entry in the
upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest.  QSL via IZ4DPV.

GUAM, KH2.  Rick, AI5P will be QRV as AI5P/KH2 from March 15 to
April 16.  QSL to home call.

FRANZ JOSEF ISLAND, R1FJ.  Gene, R1FJT has been active on 20 and 30
meters using PSK and RTTY at various times.  QSL via UA4RC.

WESTERN SAHARA, S0.  Mahafud, S01MZ has been active on 40 meters
around 2300z.  QSL via EA1BT.

POLAND, SP.  Mir, UA3FDX is QRV as SO9DX until March 17.  This
includes an entry in the Russian DX contest.  QSL to home call.

TURKEY, TA.  Special event station TC18M will be QRV from March 15
to 19 in commemoration of the Battle of Gallipoli which took place
during World War One.  Activity will be mostly on 40, 20 and 17
meters using CW and SSB.  QSL via operators' instructions.

CORSICA, TK.  Dragan, 9A2SX, Igor, 9A3AXX, Hrle, 9A6XX and Marko,
9A8MM are QRV as TK/homecalls until March 17.  Activity is on 80 to
10 meters.  They will be QRV as TK/9A8MM in the Russian DX contest.

NORFOLK ISLAND, VK9N.  Masa, VK1ANU plans to be QRV as VK9ANU from
March 19 to April 2.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters.  He plans
to be an entry in the upcoming CQ WPX SSB contest.  QSL via JO2SLZ.

LAOS, XW.  Bruce, XW1B has been active using RTTY on 20 meters
around 1100 to 1300z.  QSL via E21EIC.

ALBANIA, ZA.  George, EC2ADN and Kepa, EA2DCF will be QRV as
ZA/homecalls from March 15 to 22.  Activity will be on 40, 20 and 10
meters and possibly 30 and 17 meters.  QSL to home calls.

OPERATION APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operation has
been approved for DXCC credit: Kermadec Island, ZL1GO/8, 2007
operation.

CALLSIGN UPDATE.  As reported in DX news bulletin ARLD011 for
Iceland, operators Alex, RA3MR, Artem, RD3MA, Dmitry, RA3MF, Helen,
RV3ACA, Valery, RZ6AU and Serge, UA1ANA are QRV as homecalls/TF,
TF/OH2DZ and RK3MWL/TF until March 18.  They will also use the
special call TF4Y in the Russian DX contest.  Activity is on all
bands with an emphasis on the newer and low bands.  QSL TF4Y for the
Russian DX contest via RV3ACA.  QSL RK3MWL/TF via RD3MA and all
others via home calls.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The 10-10 International Mobile Contest,
NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Russian DX Contest, DARC HF SSTV Contest,
Feld Hell Sprint, AGCW VHF/UHF CW Contest, Virginia QSO Party, UBA
Spring 6 Meter Contest, Kuwait 15-Meter Contest and the ARCI HF Grid
Square CW Sprint are all on tap for this weekend.  The Run for the
Bacon QRP CW Contest and Bucharest Contest are scheduled for March
