This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
K1ZZ, NC1L, The Daily DX, QRZ DX, INDX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL,
Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web
sites.  Thanks to all.

VIET NAM, 3W.  A group of operators will be QRV as 3W6C from Con Co
Island, IOTA AS-185, from April 10 to 18.  Activity will be mainly
on the low bands.  QSL via operators' instructions.

BARBADOS, 8P.  Members of the ARS of Barbados are QRV as 8P55AW
throughout all of 2010 in celebration of the 55th anniversary of the
club.  QSL via bureau.

CAPE VERDE, D4.  Xara, D44TD has been QRV on 10 meters around 1200z
and 12 meters around 1600z.  QSL via CT1EKF.
 
FRANCE, F.  A group of operators will be QRV as TM4FFU on April 10
and 11 in commemoration of Radiomaritime Day.  Activity is on the HF
bands.  QSL via operators' instructions.

NEW CALEDONIA, FK.  Claude, FK8IF is QRV as FK8KAB daily from 0600
to 0800z on 20 meters.  QSL to home call.

REUNION ISLAND, FR.  Stephane, F5UOW is QRV as FR/homecall until
April 17 on 20 meters only and then as TO2R until May 2.  Activity
will then be on 80 to 10 meters using mostly CW.  QSL to home call.

WALLIS AND FUTUNA ISLANDS, FW.  Hugh, K6HFA is QRV as FW5X from
Wallis, IOTA OC-054, until April 12.  Activity is on 30 to 12 meters
using CW, SSB and possibly RTTY.  QSL to home call.

THAILAND, HS.  A group of operators from the Radio Amateur Society
of Thailand will be QRV as E20AS from Chang Island, IOTA AS-125,
from April 10 to 16.  Activity will be on the HF bands using CW and
SSB.  QSL via HS1CKC.

ITALY, I.  ARI Sanremo members will be QRV as IQ1SM/p and I1UWF/p
from the Hanbury Botanical Gardens Nature Preserve on April 11.
Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via
bureau.

CZECH REPUBLIC, OK.  In commemoration of the old HF coast radio
station Praharadio, former radio officers will be QRV with special
call OL35OLP until the end of April.  QSL via OK1DRQ.

FAROE ISLANDS, OY.  Jan, OY3JE has been active on 60 meters between
1730 and 2100z.  QSL to home call.

NETHERLAND, PA.  Dirk, DL5DCL is QRV as PA/homecall from West
Frisian Island, IOTA EU-038, until April 9.  Activity is holiday
style on 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters using only CW.  QSL to home call.

PALAU, T8.  Tony, KQ2I will be QRV as T88AT from April 9 to 17.
Activity will be on the HF bands using mostly CW.  QSL to home call.

CHAD, TT.  Phil, F4EGS will be here beginning April 10 and possibly
QRV as TT8PK.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and
RTTY, but limited to his spare time.  QSL to home call.

MEXICO, XE.  In celebration of the bicentennial of Mexico's
independence and the centennial of the Mexican Revolution, Mexican
stations may use the special prefix 4B throughout 2010.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARLHS Annual Spring Lites QSO Party,
Japan International DX CW Contest, NCCC Sprint, Montana QSO Party,
PODXS 070 Club PSK 31 Flavors Contest, Radio Maritime Day, EU Spring
CW Sprint, QCWA Spring QSO Party, Georgia QSO Party, Yuri Gagarin
International DX CW Contest, SKCC Weekend CW Sprint, UBA Spring SSB
Contest, International Vintage HF Contest and Hungarian Straight Key
CW Contest will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming
weekend.

The 144 MHz Spring Sprint is scheduled for April 12.  The NAQCC
Straight Key/Bug CW Sprint, RSGB 80-Meter Club SSB Championship and
CWops Mini-CWT CW Test are all scheduled for April 14.  Please see
