This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, The Daily DX, The Weekly DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, Contest
Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.

ZAMBIA, 9J.  Katsumi, JF1OKX is QRV as 9J2KK from Lusaka until
September 2011.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using some CW and SSB
but mainly RTTY, SSTV, PSK31/62 and WSJT.  QSL via JK1NSR.

BAHRAIN, A9.  Dave, A92IO has been QRV on 6 meters around 1530z and
around 0330z.  QSL direct.
ANGOLA, D2.  Valeriy, UA0QV is QRV as D2QV.  His length of stay is
unknown.  QSL to home call.

CAPE VERDE, D4.  Michel, HB9BOI is QRV as D44TOI from Sal Island,
IOTA AF-086, until July 13.  QSL to home call.

ST. PIERRE AND MIQUELON, FP.  Paul, K9OT and Peg, KB9LIE will be QRV
as FP/homecalls from Miquelon, IOTA NA-032, from July 5 to 14.
Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters, and possibly 160 and 6 meters,
using CW and SSB.  This includes an entry in the upcoming IARU
contest.  QSL to home calls.

JERSEY, GJ.  Operators G3USR, GM4FDM, PA3EWP, PA9JO, PA1AW and
MJ/PA1BDO respectively, until July 6.  Activity is mainly on 6
meters, but also on HF and 2 meters.  QSL GJ3USR and GJ4FDM to home
calls and all others via PA1AW.

LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0.  A group of operators will be QRV as HB0DX
during the IARU VHF/UHF contest.  Activity will be on 6 and 2 meters
and 70 cm.  QSLs will be sent automatically via the bureau.

DJIBOUTI, J2.  Freddy, F5IRO will be QRV as J28RO beginning July 6
and is expected to be here for 2 years.  Activity will be on the HF
bands using CW, SSB and various digital modes.  His activity will be
mainly on the weekends and around 1200 to 1300z.  QSL direct via

MONGOLIA, JT.  Ken, K4ZW is QRV as JT5DX from Zuunburen and has been
active on 20 meters using CW around 1230 and 1500z.  QSL via JT1CO.

SVALBARD, JW.  Toshi, JA8BMK is QRV as JW/homecall until July 11.
Activity is on 20 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home

BRAZIL, PY.  A group of operators are QRV as PW2K from Moela Island,
IOTA SA-071, until July 4.  They will be active as PS2G in the World
Lighthouse On The Air contest.  QSL both calls via PY2WAS.

GREECE, SV.  A group of operators will be QRV as SX1DL from Mt.
Parnis, Grid Square KM18ud, from July 3 and 4.  Activity will be on
6 and 2 meters and 70 cm.  QSL via operators' instructions.

CORSICA, TK.  Fabrizio, IK5WOB will be QRV as TK/homecall from July
3 to 11.  Activity will be on the HF bands using only CW.  QSL to
home call.

NAMIBIA, V5.  Derek, V51DM is QRV until August 4 and active on 20
meters using SSB and PSK daily.  This also includes activity on
satellite AO-51.  QSL direct.

FALKLAND ISLANDS, VP8.  Robert, G0PEB is QRV as VP8DMM/p until July
6 while participating in the Summits On The Air program.  Activity
is on 20 and 17 meters between 1800 and 2000z.  QSL to home call.

LAOS, XW.  Bruce, XW1B will be QRV from Vientiane from July 9 to 21.
Activity will be on all bands with an emphasis on 6 meters using CW.
QSL direct to E21EIC.

OPERATION APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operation is
approved for DXCC credit: Crozet Island, FT5WO, for the period from
December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2009.  If QSOs were rejected
for this operation, send an email to with the date
of your submission.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The World Lighthouse On The Air Contest,
NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Venezuelan Independence Day Contest,  DL-DX
RTTY Contest, IARU VHF/UHF Contest, Original QRP Contest, PODXS 070
Club 40-Meter Firecracker Sprint, DARC 10-Meter Digital Contest and
the MI QRP July 4th CW Sprint are all on tap for this weekend.  The
10-10 International Spirit of 76 QSO Party runs until July 4.  The
RSGB 80-meter Club CW Championship is scheduled for July 5.  The ARS
Spartan CW Sprint is scheduled for July 6.  The QRP Fox Hunt is
