This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
9A2JK, N1RL, W5SJ, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, 425 DX News, The Daily

GUINEA, 3X. Alex is QRV as 3XD2Z and has been active on 20 meters
using CW around 0630z and then 17 meters CW around 0900z.
Meanwhile, Serge is QRV as 3XM6JR and has been active of late using
RTTY and PSK on 30 and 20 meters. QSL both calls via UA6JR.
MALDIVES, 8Q. 8Q7GE has been QRV using RTTY on 17 meters from
around 1200 to 1400z. QSL via SV2BFN.
CROATIA, 9A. Special event station 9A06P is QRV until December 31
to celebrate the city of Djurdjevac. Activity is on all bands and
modes. QSL via bureau.
ETHIOPIA, ET. Station ET3BN has been QRV on 17 meters using CW
beginning around 0900z.
JUAN de NOVA, EUROPA, FR/J. Luc, FR5IZ will be QRV as FR5IZ/E from
Europa, IOTA AF-009, from July 4 to 6. QSL to home call.
THAILAND, HS. Tony, G4UZN is QRV as HS0ZGH for about three weeks.
He is active mainly on the newer bands using CW as his time permits.

JAPAN, JA. Stations JR1WEB/1, JO1IRO/1 and JF1IZM/1 are QRV from
Aoga Island, IOTA AS-043, in the South Izu Group, until July 3.
Activity is on all HF bands, including 6 meters, using SSB. QSL to
home calls.
SVALBARD, JW. Hans, SM3TLG will be QRV as JW/SM3TLG from
Spitzbergen Island, IOTA EU-026, from July 5 to 10. QSL to home
call.
GABON, TR. Alain, TR8CA has been QRV on 30 meters CW around 0340z.
QSL via F6CBC.
MONTSERRAT, VP2M. Graham, M0AEP will be QRV as VP2MDD from July 1
to 14. Activity will be on 80 to 6 meters using CW and SSB. He
will concentrate his activity on 6 meters. QSL to home call.
TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5. Bill, W5SJ will be QRV as VP5/W5SJ
from July 5 to 11. Activity is primarily on 6 meters, with a beacon
on 50102 kHz. He will otherwise be active on 80 to 10 meters,
conditions permitting. QSL to home call.
VANUATU, YJ. Tommy, VK2IR will be QRV as YJ0IR from July 3 to 15.
QSL via W3HNK.
ASCENSION ISLAND, ZD8. Andy, G0JLX will be QRV as ZD8AD from July 1
to 23. QSL direct to home call.
KERMADEC ISLAND, ZL8. Jacky, ZL3CW is QRV as ZM8CW from Raoul
Island, IOTA OC-039, for about one week. Activity is limited to the
lower bands during his spare time. QSL via ZL1AMO.
PARAGUAY, ZP. Doug, ZP6CW is generally QRV on 160 meters around
1000z.
NEW DXCC ENTITY--MONTENEGRO. The United Nations admitted the
Republic of Montenegro as its 192nd member June 28, automatically
making the tiny Balkan nation the 336th current DXCC entity.
Contacts with Montenegro as of June 28, 2006 UTC will count toward
DXCC. Claims for DXCC credit will be accepted immediately.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The RAC Canada Day Contest, Thursday
NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Venezuelan Independence Day Contest, DL-DX
RTTY Contest, Original QRP Contest, DARC 10-Meter Digital Contest,
ARS Spartan CW Sprint and the MI QRP July 4th CW Sprint are all
