This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
HA3JB, NC1L, OH2BN, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The Daily DX,
DXNL, Contest Corral from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and
WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

TIMOR-LESTE, 4W.  A group of operators are QRV as 4W6A from Atauro
Island, IOTA OC-232, until September 26.  Activity is on 160 to 10
meters using CW, SSB and RTTY with three stations active.  QSL via
M0URX.

MALAWI, 7Q.  Ely, IN3VZE is QRV as 7Q7CE from the southwest shore of
Lake Malawi until October 3.  Activity is holiday style on 80 to 10
meters using SSB and RTTY.  QSL to home call.

MALTA, 9H.  Gab, HA3JB is QRV as 9H3IP until September 27.  Activity
is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK31.  This
includes being active in the upcoming CQ WW RTTY contest as a Single
Op/Single Band entry.  QSL to home call.

TAIWAN, BV.  Members of the Republic of China Centenary Foundation
are QRV with special event station BV100 until December 31 to
celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Republic of China.  Activity
is on all bands and modes.  QSL via BV2KI.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Special event station EG8LM is QRV until
September 18 during the Fiestas de Las Marias bicentennial.
Activity is on 40 to 10 meters.  QSL via EA8CNR.

ETHIOPIA, ET.  Peter, ET3BN has been active on 12 meters using CW
around 1300 to 1430z.  QSL direct to home call.

FRANCE, F.  Special event station TM33LDX is QRV until September 24
to celebrate the 33rd meeting of the Clipperton DX Club being held
at Noirmoutier.  QSL via F5CWU.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HI.  John, KL7JR and Claire, WL7MY are QRV as
HI3/KL7JR from Hispaniola, IOTA NA-096, until 2013.  Activity is on
all HF bands, with an emphasis on 80, 40, 17, 12 and 6 meters, using
SSB.  QSL via operators' instructions.

REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HL.  Don, KC6STQ is QRV as HL2/KC6STQ.  Activity
is on all HF bands.  His length of stay is unknown.  QSL direct to
home call.

SVALBARD, JW.  Morten, LA9DFA is QRV as JW9DFA from Spitsbergen,
IOTA EU-026, until September 19.  Activity is on the HF bands, and
also 6 meters, using mostly CW with some SSB and RTTY.  He will be
active as JW3C in the SAC CW contest.  QSL both calls to home call.

MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0.  Al, W6HGF will be QRV as W6HGF/KH0 from
Saipan, IOTA OC-086, from September 20 to 30.  Activity will be on
the HF bands using mainly RTTY and other modes if time permits.
This includes being an entry in the upcoming CQ WW RTTY contest.

MARKET REEF, OJ0.  A large group of operators will be QRV as OJ0X
beginning September 19 and active for three weeks.  Activity will be
on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY with three stations
active.  This includes entries in the upcoming CQ WW RTTY and the
SAC SSB contests.  QSL via OH2BH.

SURINAME, PZ.  Peter, PA1LP plans to be QRV as PZ5LP from Nieuw
Nickerie from September 18 to October 15.  Activity will be on 40 to
10 meters using mostly PSK and RTTY.  QSL to home call.

SLOVENIA, S5.  Special event station S550ACP is QRV until November
30 in celebration of 50 years of Ham radio in Brezice.  QSL via
S59ACP.

CRETE, SV9.  Christo, LZ3FN is QRV as SV9/LZ3FN until September 24.
Activity is on the HF bands using CW and SSB.  QSL via LZ1PM.
     
PALAU, T8.  Ulf, DL5AXX will be QRV as T8UE from September 18 to 28.
Activity is on the HF bands using mostly CW.  He will be active as
T8XX in the upcoming CQ WW RTTY contest.  QSL to home call.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  Connecticut QSO Party, ARRL 10 GHz and
Up Contest, North American SSB Sprint, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, AGB
NEMIGA 80-Meter Contest, SARL VHF/UHF Analogue/Digital Contest,
Scandinavian Activity CW Contest, CIS DX QPSK63 Contest, South
Carolina QSO Party, QRP Afield, Feld Hell Sprint, Washington State
Salmon Run, WAB 144 MHz QRP Phone and the BARTG Sprint 75 will keep
contesters busy this weekend.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest
