This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

TUNISIA, 3V.  Operators S56A, YT1AD and YT3W will be QRV as 3V8BB as
a Multi/Single entry in the CQ WW RTTY contest.  QSL this operation
via YT1AD.  In addition, look for 3V8SF to be a Multi/Single entry
in the CQ WW RTTY contest as well.  QSL this operation via IZ8CCW.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, A6.  Don, N1DG will be QRV from A61AD from
September 27 to 30.  This includes an entry in the CQ WW RTTY
contest as a Single Op/All Band entry.  QSL to home call.

MOROCCO, CN.  Members of the Rhein Ruhr DX Association will be QRV
as CN3A in the CQ WW RTTY contest as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL via
I2WIJ.

BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA, E7.  Operators Danny, E73M, Boris, E73Y, Edin,
E74A and Kula, E74KC will be QRV as E73M in the CQ WW RTTY contest
as a Multi/Single entry.  QSL via E73Y.

BELARUS, EW.  Andrei, NP3D is QRV as EW1AR while in Minsk until
September 29.  Activity is on all HF bands and modes.  He will also
be an entry in the CQ WW RTTY contest.  QSL to home call.

NORTHERN IRELAND, GI.  Station MI0LLL will be QRV as GI5K in the CQ
WW RTTY contest as a Single Op/All Band entry.  QSL to home call.

LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0.  Operators DF4OR, DJ5BX, DL1ZBO, DK9FEC and
DL1FX are QRV as HB0/homecalls until September 28.  Activity is on
80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and various digital modes.  They will
also be active as HB0/DK9FEC in the CQ WW RTTY contest.  QSL via
operators' instructions.

GALAPAGOS ISLANDS, HC8.  Operators Glenn, W6OTC, Steve, K6AW and
Ramon, XE1KK will be QRV as HC8N in the CQ WW RTTY contest as a
Multi/2 entry.  QSL via W5UE.

THAILAND, HS.  Dej, E21YDP will be a Single Op/All Band entry in the
CQ WW RTTY contest.  QSL to home call.

ITALY, I.  Several members of the A.R.I. Torino and the Wave Master
Team are QRV as IA5IG from Giglio Island, IOTA EU-028, until
September 28.  Activity is on 80 to 2 meters using CW, SSB and
various digital modes.  QSL via IZ1DSH.

SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS.  Operator SP3GVX is QRV as HF0POL/LH from a
Lighthouse next to the Polish Henryk Arctowski base.  QSL via
SP3WVL.

CRETE, SV9.  Uli, DJ9XB is QRV as J49XB until October 4.  He may be
an entry in the CQ WW RTTY contest.  He may also be active on 160
meters.  QSL to home call.

WEST KIRIBATI, T30.  Toshi, JA8BMK is QRV as T30XX from Tarawa for
about ten days.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY
and PSK31.  QSL direct to home call.
 
CANADA, VE.  All Canadian amateurs are encouraged to participate in
the upcoming Special Event Prefixes from October 1 to November 30 to
commemorate the founding of the Crown Colony of British Columbia in
1858.  They will use the prefixes CJ, CK, CY and CZ.

AUSTRALIA, VK.   On behalf of the Wahroonga Amateur Radio Historical
Association, Hornsby and Districts ARC members will be QRV as VK2WAH
on September 27 to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the first
direct radio message from Caernarvon Wales to Wahroonga, NSW.  QSL
direct.

HONG KONG, VR.  Antonio, VR2PW is generally QRV from Lantau Island,
IOTA AS-006, on 20 meters SSB just after 1030z.  QSL to home call.

INDONESIA, YB.  Pri, YB0ECT will be QRV as a
Single-Op/Single-Band/Low-Power entry on 20 meters in the CQ WW RTTY
contest.  QSL via K3AIR.

ROMANIA, YO.  Special event station YR5S is active for a week in
celebration of 50 years of the YO5KAP radio club.  QSL via YO5NL.

CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF.  Don, W4YCH and Jim, W4JO will be QRV as ZF2DF
in the CQ WW RTTY contest and also active from club station ZF1A on
Grand Cayman Island, IOTA NA-016.  Before and after the contest they
are active as ZF2JO and ZF2DF, respectively.  QSL both calls via
W4YCH.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The CQ World Wide RTTY Contest,
Scandinavian Activity SSB Contest, NCCC Sprint, Texas QSO Party,
AGCW VHF/UHF Contest and the UBA ON CW Contest are all scheduled for
this weekend.  The RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest is scheduled for October
