This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
Tedd, KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, The 599Rpt, The Daily DX and
Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

NIGERIA, 5N.  Bogdan, SP5CPR, is active as 5N3CPR on all bands until
the middle of December.  QSL to home call.  Incidently, resident
Nigerian amateurs may use the 5N38 prefix in celebration of the 38th
independence anniversary.

PRATAS ISLAND, BV9.  BQ9P will be QRV on 160 to 10 meters, using CW,
SSB and RTTY from November 10 to 19.  QSL via KU9C.

KYRGYZSTAN, EX.  Victor, EX8QB, has been showing up on 20 meters CW
from 0130 to 0230z.  QSL via IK2QPR.

FRENCH POLYNESIA, FO.  Bob, FO5BI, is QRV on 160 meters, and has
been making a number of QSOs with Pacific stations.  QSL via F6HSI.

JERSEY, GJ.  Chris, G0WFH, is QRV as GJ0WFH from IOTA EU-013 until
November 11.  QSL to home call.

JORDAN, JY.  Ken, K4ZW, is active as JY8ZW especially on 160, 80 and
10 meters until November 16.  QSL to home call.

NORWAY, LA.  Ben, OZ5AAH, will be active as LA/OZ5IPA until November
9.  This includes participation in the IPA contest.  QSL to home
call.

NETHERLANDS ANTILLIES, PJ.  Jose, PJ2MI, is QRV using SSTV on 15 and
10 meters.  QSL via W2CQ.

SEYCHELLES, S7.  Roger, KF8OY, is active as S79OY using CW and SSB,
especially on the low bands, until November 9.  QSL to home call.

CONGO, TN.  Missionary Hazel, AL7OT, continues to operate as TN7OT
during her twilight hours.  QSL to home call.

ASIATIC RUSSIA, UA0.  Yuri, UA0SJ, is QRV using RTTY, SSTV and
Pactor.

SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS.  Stan, SP3BGD, is QRV until 10 December from
the Polish Antarctic station HF0POL.  QSL via SP3SUN.

KERMADEC ISLANDS, ZL8.  Bob, ZL1RS, will be active from IOTA OC-039
signing ZL8RS from November 9 to 17.  During his spare time he will
concentrate on 17, 15, 12 and 10 meters SSB with some 30 meter CW.
QSL to home call.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL November Sweepstakes, CW, North
American Collegiate ARC CW Championship, IPA Contest and the Japan
International DX Phone Contest will certainly keep contesters busy
