This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
AA3B, VU2WB, W2GD, The Daily DX, 425 DX News, DXNL, Contest Corral
from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks
to all.

RODRIGUES ISLAND, 3B9.  Kazu, M0CFW will be QRV as 3B9/M0CFW from
November 19 to December 1.  Activity is on the HF bands.  He will be
active as 3B9KW in the upcoming CQ World Wide DX CW contest.  QSL to
home call.

YEMEN, 7O.  Dima, RA9USU is QRV as 7O73T from Socotra Island, IOTA
AF-028, until November 28.  Activity is on the HF bands using FT8.
QSL via UA3DX.

MALAWI, 7Q.  Don, K6ZO is QRV as 7Q6M from Embangweni and is here
for six months while on work assignment in a hospital.  Activity is
in his spare time on the HF bands and 6 meters using CW, SSB, FT8,
and EME.  QSL via LoTW.

EASTER ISLAND, CE0.  Jorge, CE0YHF, will be QRV from November 18 to
December 10 while working at a hospital on Pascua Island, IOTA
SA-001.  Activity is in his spare time on 30 to 6 meters using some
CW and SSB, but mostly FT8.  QSL direct to home call.

KYRGYZSTAN, EX.  Maxim, OH7CYO plans to be QRV as EX/OH7O/p from
Lake Issyk Kul until November 20.  Activity is on 20, 15, and 10
meters using SSB.  QSL to home call.

ANTARCTICA.  Special event station L36Z marks the 36th anniversary
of the Argentine Antarctic Base Esperanza.  Activity is on the HF
bands using PSK31 and FT8.  QSL via LU4DXU.

ARUBA, P4.  John, W2GD will be QRV as P44W from Santa Cruz from
November 21 to 28.  Activity will be mainly on 30, 17, and 12 meters
using CW.  He will be a Single Op/All Band/High Power/Assisted entry
in the upcoming CQ World Wide DX CW contest.  QSL via N2MM.

TRINDADE AND MARTIN VAZ ISLANDS, PY0T.  Fabio, PY1ZV, Stephano,
PT2IC, and Beto, PY6RT are QRV as PR0T from Trindade, IOTA SA-010,
until November 19.  Activity is with three stations on the HF bands
using CW, SSB, and FT8.  QSL via M0OXO.

SEYCHELLES, S7.  Operators G4IKRN, G3WPH, G4IRN and G4PVM will be
QRV as S79/home calls beginning November 21.  This includes being an
entry in the upcoming CQ World Wide DX CW contest with a yet to be
determined call sign.  QSL via operators' instructions.

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, V2.  Bud, AA3B will be QRV as V26K from Antigua
from November 19 to 27.  Activity is on the HF bands using CW.  He
will be a Single Op/All Band/Low Power entry in the upcoming CQ
World Wide DX CW contest.  QSL direct to home call.

ST. KITTS AND NEVIS, V4.  Bob, WX4G will be QRV as V47RB from St.
Kitts, IOTA NA-104, from November 20 to December 1.  Activity will
be on 80 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, FT8, and FT4.  This includes
being active as V48A in the upcoming CQ World Wide DX CW contest as
a Single Op/Single Band on 40 meters entry.  QSL to home call.

NAMIBIA, V5.  Gunter, DK2WH is QRV as V51WH from Omaruru until the
end of April 2024.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters, including 60
meters.  QSL to home call.

CHRISTMAS ISLAND, VK9X.  Yuris, YL2GM and Eugene, EA5EL are QRV as
VK9XY until November 27.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW,
SSB, and FT8.  QSL direct to YL2GN.
     
INDIA, VU.  A large group of operators will be QRV with special
event call AT23JCB from Mousuni Island, IOTA AS-153, from November
18 and 19.  Activity will be on 40, 20, and 10 meters. This is also
a Beaches On The Air activation.  QSL via operators' instructions.

CAMBODIA, XU.  Thomas, DL7BO is QRV as XU7GNY until November 26.
Activity is on 80 to 6 meters.  This includes being an entry in the
upcoming CQ World Wide DX CW contest.  QSL via DJ6TF.

LAOS, XW.  A group of operators are QRV as XW4DX from Vientiane
until November 27.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters, except 80, 60,
and 30 meters, using CW, SSB, and FT8 with five stations.  QSL via
F4BKV.

CHATHAM ISLANDS, ZL7.  A group of operators are QRV as ZL7A until
November 22.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, FT8, and
FT4.  QSL direct to JF1OCQ.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  ARRL Sweepstakes SSB Contest, RSGB 1.8
MHz CW Contest, All Austrian 160-Meter CW Contest, REF 160-Meter CW
Contest, NCCC FT4 Sprint, NCCC RTTY Sprint, QRP 80-Meter CW Fox
Hunt, NCCC CW Sprint, K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, LZ DX Contest, South
American Integration CW Contest, Feld Hell Sprint, FISTS Sunday CW
Sprint and the Homebrew and Oldtime Equipment 80/40 Meter CW Party
will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.

The Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest, K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, ICWC
Medium Speed CW Test, OK1WC Memorial, Worldwide Sideband Activity
Contest, SKCC CW Sprint, Phone Weekly Test, A1Club AWT, CWops Test,
Mini-Test 40 CW and Mini-Test 80 CW are on tap for November 20 to
22.
