This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
Tedd, KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, The Daily DX, Tim, N4GN, The DXNL,
The 599Rpt, the Daily DX and Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to
all.

TUNISIA, 3V.  Albert, F2KN, will guest operate 3V8BB from December 9
to 15.  He is here on business, but will try to operate as time
allows.  QSL to home call.

SINGAPORE, 9V.  Sam, 9V1ZB, will be QRV weekends on 160 meters.  QSL
via JL3WHL.

ISLE OF MAN, GD.  Steve, GD4UOL, will be QRV in the ARRL 160 Meter
Contest and will otherwise be active until December 6.  QSL via the
bureau.

GUERNSEY, GU.  Jay, K4LZE, will be QRV as MU0BKA until December 9.
He will be using mostly CW on 160 to 10 meters.  He may try some
SSB.  QSL to home call.

ST. PIERRE AND MIQUELON, FP.  Rick, N1RL, with W8MV and WZ8A plan to
be QRV as FP/W8MV during the ARRL 160 meter contest December 5 to 7.
They will also operate FP/homecalls as conditions permit.  QSL
contest call via W8MV.  QSL the others to their homecalls.

THAILAND, HS.  Ralf will be QRV as HS0/DL2FDK on 40 to 10 meters
using SSB and RTTY until January 19, 1998.  QSL to home call.

ARUBA, P4.  Martin, VE3MR, will be QRV using SSB as P40MR until late
April 1998.  QSL to home call.

ST. MAARTEN, PJ7.  Isao, PJ7/KG8XV, will be QRV on 160 to 10 meters
from December 10 to 17.  QSL via JH1ROJ.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, T9.  Cedric, F1PSR, is QRV as T98PSR until
March 1998.  Activity is on 160 to 2 meters, with some satellite and
packet activity as well.  QSL via F5WN.

CENTRAL AFRICA, TL.  Pascal, TL8PL, is QRV until the end of
December.  QSL via F5LNA.

SOUTHERN COOK ISLANDS, ZK1.  Guenther, ZK1DI, is QRV from Rarotonga
using CW on 80, 40 and 30 meters.  QSL via DK1RV.

QSL MANAGER CORRECTION.  The correct QSL route for the Icelandic
IARU society club call TF3IRA is via the callbook address.  N4GN is
not the QSL Manager for this station.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL 160 Meter contest, QRP ARCI
Holiday Spirits Homebrew Sprint and TOPS Activity 3.5 MHz CW contest
