Barry Shelley, N1VXY, is the ARRL’s Chief Financial Officer. Barry joined the ARRL staff in January of 1990 after a career in the financial services industry. Barry is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College with a major in accounting. An avid golfer, Barry resides in Simsbury Connecticut with his wife, Betsy and his two children.
