In order to provide a streamlined way for DXCC staff when it comes to returning paper cards for a DXCC submission the attached chart is designed to help applicants prepare their application and provide applicants with an easy way to determine what fee will be charged for paper card return. In the past DXCC could only provide an estimate which often proved to be inaccurate.
