- Orders must be pre-paid. ARRL books are always sold on a non-returnable basis.
- Books in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of your order.
- Instructor orders may be expedited when necessary. In stock publications can generally be shipped the same day if called in before 1:00 pm.
- ARRL will pay ground transportation charges on orders for instructional materials. ARRL reserves the right to select the carrier of its choice.
- You may request a free instructor's desk copy of The ARRL Instructor's Manual if your order includes 15 items or more.
