2005 ARRL Field Day

The last time I worked Field Day prior to 2005 was 1994, as WB8DHY. That was also the last time I worked any CW. Needless to say, I was a little rusty during this Field Day, but managed 29 CW QSOs. I enjoyed the contest thoroughly, and plan to stay more active.
My 36 year old Heathkit SB-301/401 worked great.
The logging software and (new) computer was a different story. One hour before the start of Field Day, I tired to load the logging software on a notebook computer, without success. I then tired to load the software onto an old desktop, but was stymied by the program being to big to fit on a floppy, and inability to read a CD-RW disk. I met with success on the third computer I tried. This was my first time using any logging software, which is just fantastic after the computer problems are sorted through.
