It's easy to get your hamfest or convention sanctioned! Simply have it approved by your Division Director. The hamfest or convention application may be filled out on-line. You can also use the hamfest or convention application form, available as an Adobe portable document format file (hamfest.pdf). (You'll need Adobe's free Acrobat Reader software.) Or you can contact ARRL Headquarters by email (hamfests@arrl.org) or telephone (+1-860-594-0262) for more information.
