Having Trouble Logging In?

If you've registered previously but have forgotten your password, CLICK HERE.

If you have already registered for the Members Only Web site, all you should have to do is "log in."
Do not fill out the registration form again. Instead, just click on the "go right to it" link that appears in the first sentence of the registration page. Your Web browser should pop up a box asking for your username and password. (If it doesn't, your Web browser is misconfigured or broken. Try reconfiguring, reinstalling or upgrading it.)

IMPORTANT! Your "username" is NOT the same thing as your full name, or your login name on AOL (or whatever service you are using). If our membership record for you includes a call sign, your call sign will be your username. (If our record for you doesn't include a call sign, you will have been assigned a username -- and told of it -- when you registered.)

Passwords are case-sensitive. Be sure to enter your password exactly as you registered it.

If you have changed call signs and want to update your username, simply re-register. You can also re-register whenever you want to change your password.

IF YOU KNOW YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD BUT THE WEBSITE KEEPS ASKING YOU TO LOGIN:
This may be due to your computer rejecting "cookies" from this site. Many anti-virus and firewall programs include "Privacy Protector" or similar features. You will need to turn off any cookie or pop-up blocking and accept cookies from this site (www.arrl.org) to be able to log in properly. Browsers like Internet Explorer and Firefox also have options to allow you to turn off pop-up and cookie blocking from particular websites.

If you are unable or unwilling to enable cookies for your browser, you can still access Members Only material. Just click on the link to any such page (for example, the Members Only Home page). Your browser should pop up a box asking for your username and password to log in.
