I love SKN, its just about my favorite operating event. Since I collect straight keys it should be.

I made 10 QSOs using 10 keys: a G0NVT, a Junker, a WE Bunnel, Swedish Pump, Begali Marconi, LNR SKCC, Kent, Vizkey, LTA SKCC and Navy Flameproof. See the photo.

QRN was very bad, as usual in my suburban small-lot QTH. Most QSOs on 40m, I even tuned up the 40m wire vertical on 80m. Used the FT-1000MP set to 35 to 50W. I operate from a deep cycle battery that is solar-charged in daylight.
