This is my 24th skn. started durring the Y2K visual 1999 durring my night watch at the Houston police Department Westside radio shop. We were on stabdby for what ever might happen when the centuries changed. Had a stand by CB radio net work with base stations and portable mobile CB radios with mag mount antennas and cigarette lighter power conection. We could quickly put in supervisors cars if the Police UHF radio syatem went down at midnight. Durring this 2022 SKN I made a ultra slow speed contact with a Grandfathered novice from slidell La at about two wpm slowest cw contact I have ever made in 65 years as a ham operator. He is my most interesting QSO for 2023
