07/18/2004 | N2WDS Another great Field Day. We operated 1B from WNY section. N2WDS and N2XPG made a total of 188 contacts with a little help from
our daughter KB2TFB, who dropped by for a few hours Saturday night.

Our rig was a Kenwood TS-50, and the antenna was a G5RV up at 30 feet.

The wx could had been more user friendly temperature wise, with Saturday's high only 60 degrees and a stiff north breeze to boot.

No visits from Murphy, unless he and mother nature were in ka-hoots
with the cool wx.

We are looking forward to 2005, with a strong possibility operating as
1A or 2A with our daughter and may be one of our sons participating.
