08/02/2004 | KA5KLU This is about my 3rd or 4th IARU. I enjoy this contest for the many complexities of scoring. You can certainly tell the propagation is falling off. I worked about 12 hours of the contest and that's about as much as an old guy can handle. I love cw and the great ops you meet in that mode. Thanks to all the DX and HQ stations that make this contest both fun and rewarding. Hope to work it again next year.
