11/09/2004 | K0PJ I had a great time in the contest! I got my C4SXL up on my roof tower 3 days before the contest and was a great help on 40. I was lucky to work KL7, KH6, NP2 & WP3 on 40 all within 1/2 hour late Saturday night, and worked VY1 at the begining of the test on 10M. I had a pretty good run going until I went to bed at 0400 local Sunday morning -- I should of kept going due to the poor propagation that awited me upon my return. As everyone mentioned, it was tough going after noon local...but worked VE4VV on 10M shortly after noon for a sweep (hope all the Q's count!) Later Sunday night I saw the AU just north of my Milwaukee QTH. -- K0PJ
