01/16/2005 | OO4ADZ After the newyear with good intentions we entered this contest for tho say "hny" to the fellow rtty ers and to play with my station to extent my contest experiences.
I was not able to run a 24 hour period, I was restriced to abt 8 with good qso rates.
I missed the 40 and 80m sunrise/sunset hours but I managed to many get nice EU multipliers on those bands: GI, GU,GW,LA, EI, LX,....
Normally at noon I turn my beam ,via the south, to pick up some African multi's, to the west and I was ready for a huge USA/VE <> EU game but it never happend !! 15 m was not alive.
This time 20 m was the place to be, and I got a pipeline to W6,VE7 area's.
