03/10/2005 | KD9MS I have been looking forward to the contest for a whole year! Propagation? I pray that the sun reactivates soon. The last few minutes I was looking for 2 contacts to get me to 400. This was nerve racking especially since I couldn't find anyone I hadn't already contacted, until I went back to 40M. I finally got my 400th contact at 23:58!!! Thanks to VP9/W6PH for hearing me in the very last minute! Felt like I was dying. Propagation or not, I sure had a good time. Now, I am looking forward to next year! Thanks to all. 73, Craig -- KD9MS
