Club: The Minutemen

Comments: Everything worked well except the things that didn't.

We set some records for efficiency and time: we were completely set up by 5pm on Friday and were on the road by 4pm on Sunday. We reassigned our third radio (usually an afterthought after the CW and SSB radios) to 15m and 80m, CW and SSB. This allowed us to make better use of our classification than in previous years, as well as a second CW operator. We used NA 10.59 set up in network "loop" mode, allowing for real-time QSO logging from all three stations and facilitating "gab" messages among the ops. Great fun!

Overall, the ops made several positive comments about working KIDS at the other end of the mic! -- K8BB
