It was a wonderful start with good Es to NW and SE. Needing only a confirmation from ID on 10 for my 5BWAS, I got scads of WA MT OR UT VE6 the first hour with no ID, and was getting paranoid..... But 2 hrs. in I had 3 IDs in the log! A good bit of E-skip, nice N/S F2 and inexplicably loud sigs out of ZL kept this contest more engaging than we had a right to expect. -- K0BJ
